Creating opportunities for landlords, property owners & investors.

Benefit from guaranteed rents, long term contracts and above market rates

At Brighter Bricks we are dedicated to creating exceptional opportunities for landlords, investors, and property owners, while supporting individuals and families with accommodation and support. We are offering various housing solutions to help with the current housing crisis. We source housing through purchase and rent-to-rent to provide our partners with the accommodation they require.

Why are we doing what we’re doing?

Currently in the UK there are 105,750 households living in temporary accommodation, including 138,930 children, the highest level since records began.

There are 4.2 million people requiring social housing in England, including homeless and those in overcrowded, unaffordable and unsuitable homes.

“There is a deficit of 250,000 homes and… it will take a long time to resolve the housing shortage… we must do whatever it takes to solve this social crisis and reverse the trend of rising homelessness.”
